For the second edition of Art Basel’s Online Viewing Rooms, David Kordansky Gallery presents a selection of artworks that highlight the breadth of its program, including new works from the latest additions to its roster. These artists reimagine their mediums in a variety of ways, subjecting the dictates of modernism to different influences and points of view, and reflecting the complexities and anxieties of life in the current age. The presentation features photographs, sculptures, works on paper, paintings, and hybrid forms that speak to the full range of contemporary practices. A selection of these works is simultaneously presented at ArtBasel.com: VIP Preview, June 17 – 19; Public Days, June 19 – 26, 2020.
Featuring: Markus Amm, John Armleder, Huma Bhabha, Will Boone, Matthew Brannon, Andrea Büttner, Valentin Carron, Aaron Curry, Fred Eversley, Jason Fox, Sam Gilliam, Jennifer Guidi, Lauren Halsey, Evan Holloway, Rashid Johnson, William E.
